Busy, busy busy....

My baby boy is getting bigger. Today was a big day for him. He has been talking for months about starting school. Well today was the day (preschool of course). He was so excited he could hardly stand still, not that unusual but more than normal! He has a great teacher loved his little classroom. When they asked him what he wanted to be when he grew up he said an alligator (I think he was confused and thought what he wanted to be for Halloween!)

My two little guys are getting bigger they are so much fun and love each other, they play pretty cute together which make me so happy! Thought I would post a few pics to update everyone what we have been up to. I have been an awful blogger!

Chris is back in school and we don't see if that often he has been really busy this year but we decided to do a little getaway! We went to bike the Hiawatha trail it is in Montana kind of in the middle of nowhere but it is beautiful. You bike the old railway trail there are tons of tunnels and trellises. It is fifteen miles and one of the tunnels is a 2 mile stretch. The headlamps and flash lights still were not bright enough at times and you felt like you were ridding in the dark hoping you wouldn't crash into the side of the wall or hit a big pothole.
The views were amazing. There were beautiful streams and waterfalls. It seriously is one of the coolest things I have done living in the northwest if your ever in this area definitely something to do.

This was how the boys were by the end of the 15 mile ride. I couldn't believe Beckham could sleep hunched over like that it was so bumpy!
This is on one of the bridges with a tunnel behind us.

In August we were able to go up to the mountains of AZ while we were there and visit with my grandpa. He and his wife run a camp for handicapped kids, band camps, church camps ect. It was a neat place and fun to see my grandpa.

They had a 1940's firetruck with real lights and siren my boys could have spent days playing on this truck.

Even Beckham would get mad when we would have to go back to our cabin. He had to fight Kaden for a chance to drive the truck.

More things to drive...if it wasn't a firetruck it was a tractor, lawn mower or dune buggy. My boys were in heaven playing with all the big boy toys and in the dirt!

We had such a fun summer and we are sad to see it go! Since Chris was working a 9-5 job we felt like we had a lot of time to see and hang out with him. We enjoyed the Arizona heat (I did anyway!) and made lots of new friends. Here is Kaden with his friend Ellie! We miss our time in AZ...thanks again Bingham's for making it so much fun you guys are great!

Beckham was a little fish he loved the pool and playing outside even though it was over 100 degrees and sometimes in the triple digits!

Your boys are getting so big. I haven't looked at blogs for a while, and they seem like they've grown so much recently. You look great on that bike!! I'm glad you had a little getaway!
